Hire Joe Gibbs as team president and give him a stake in the team. Daniel also needs to fire Zorn and Cerrato and keep out of any decisions. Let Joe make all the decisions and the Redskins will be competitive once again.
First advice to Joe when the higher him. No more big contracts unless its your guranteed QB of the future. Let the Redskins players play on the team to get the big contract elsewhere. Daniel Snyder doesn’t understand that

How about sell the team #1.
Or let a team develop. How often do you see a QB get drafted and come in and be ready good right away. Especially when you are shifting coaches, coordinators, and showing little support. Jason Campbell is not the problem. He is a decent QB. He could be considered in the top half of the league possibly. So why question it? Throwing his name out in trade talks and draft talks is a wrong move. Snyder is a bad owner. Face it. Give up responsibility or continue to suffer until you are old and still awful, like Al Davis.

he may be a bad owner but he will never sell the team. He just needs people in the right positions that will tell him like it is and make the right decisions.
I am not sure about Jason Campbell. In the right system he could be good.
